Where We Ship
We ship to all states and union territories across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our store for updates!
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes during sale periods
- Public holidays or regional disruptions
- Courier partner delays outside our control
If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we'll investigate right away.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across India. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. Repeated refusals of COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future orders from your account.
