RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Overview
At Meowchi we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days we are unable to accept any return or exchange requests.

Eligibility For Returns
To be eligible for a return your item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer
  • Custom or personalized orders

Wrong or Defective Product
If you receive a wrong item or a defective product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defective or wrong item

We will arrange a free reprint or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Size Exchange
We offer one free size exchange within 7 days of delivery subject to availability. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges for size exchanges.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via:

  • Original payment method for prepaid orders
  • Bank transfer for COD orders

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order goes into processing it cannot be cancelled as it is sent directly to our print partner for fulfillment.
