SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping — India
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after order processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders are delivered within 10–15 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing time. International shipping charges if any will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order status online.

Cash on Delivery
COD is available for all orders within India. COD orders may take an additional 4–5 business days for processing.

Delays
Meowchi is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners, customs processing, natural disasters, or any other events outside our control. We will do our best to keep you informed in case of any delays.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us at shopmeowchi@gmail.com  within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a reprint or refund as applicable.
